HXR-NX5E and Datavideo HDR-45
I am thinking of buying a Datavideo HDR-45 to record via SDI from a HXR-NX5E. The resulting file will then need to go from the HDR-45 to FCP on a Mac. Anyone any thoughts on this - is it possible and if so is it a good idea?
Many thanks! Jerry |

Re: HXR-NX5E and Datavideo HDR-45
I would look for something more portable, like the Atomos Ninja 2 (HDMI) or the Atomos Samurai (HD-SDI), since the HDR-45 is a tabletop unit.
