Stupid 'NX5' Question
Greetings to all...I haven't asked a 'really stupid' question in awhile. That may be a stretch.
Regardless, here goes. The 'NX5' VU meters, are identified as CH 1 and CH 2. I try to keep my XLR cables properly configured coming out of my SD-302 Mixer and PMD 661 recorder, which 'CH' should be used as the 'Right Input' and 'Left Input'? Or does it matter? 'Red' = Right, 'Blue' = Left. I'd appreciate any insight someone might be able lend. Regards, J. |

Re: Stupid 'NX5' Question
Wow! I may have exceeded my previous 'Stupid Question'. Heh, heh! Oh, well, c'est la vie.

Re: Stupid 'NX5' Question
CH1 is usually left.

Re: Stupid 'NX5' Question
Thanks Adam! I knew there was a 'convention' used, I just didn't know what it was.
Again, thank you for your thoughtful answer. Best regards, J. |
