FMU128 and Data Errors
Does anyone have experience recording 1080 FX to both the FMU128 and SDHC. What I want to know is will the NX5U continue recording on the FMU128 without data loss, if I get a data error on the SDHC card?

Re: FMU128 and Data Errors
I think they are independent so should not be an issue. I have not had any problems since the early update to firmware. Use Patriot 32G cards and the FMU128.

Re: FMU128 and Data Errors
Ditto what Ron said. That's one of the advantages of having 'multiple' capture methods, you have 'backups'. I normally capture using the FMU-128 (back-up) and my Atomos Samurai (primary). I could even use the SDHC cards as a third 'back-up', or to give the client for review after a shoot. 'Options' are a good thing.
