Sony AX2000: to get more saturated colors?

Hi, with some shots I'd like to get more saturated colors, more liveliness.
I think it is difficult to get it because AX2000. Do I make a mistake?
I see good options for modifying skin colors but few options to modify its modifying full image (the shot).
Can you give me some suggestions to an inexperienced guy?
Thanks

You should be doing this all in post. But if you insist on mucking about with camera settings, it's all in the Picture Profile menus. You could also try enabling x.v. color.

I will have to say the AX2000 footage is a bit soft compared to my Canon cams although its still very good, so I make minor adjustments in post when needed...I do not regret buying the AX2000 its still a exceptional video camera...

To more closely match my NX5U to the XR500,Sr11 and the CX700 I have I have created a profile using
Master Black -3
Gamma ITU 709
Color Mode ITU 709, Color level 8
Detail +4

These seem to give me closer to what I need to match the other cameras

Unfortunately, none of those except DETAIL and COLOR LEVEL are available on the AX2000. And as I mentioned, those two as well as COLOR MODE are in the PICTURE PROFILE settings.

I got the NX5U because I wanted to have the FMU as well as the slow transition for switching gain. At the time in Ontario the price difference to the AX2000 was only $200 more and it had the larger battery and mic. I still think its pretty close now. I am now finding out there are a lot more differences than I thought.

Hi Ron,

All these settings mean nothing to me. Can you direct me to a source where I can learn what all these settings mean?

I do not have a single reference for all these but if you Goggle things like Gamma it will give lots of sites that will explain I am sure. Or look at Wikipedia.
