NXCAM Hybrid Recording Function
I'm starting this thread because i'm very unfamiliar with the hybrid recording function thats available when you combine the FMU128 with the NX5. Hybrid recording basically means you can record in multiple formats to the FMU and the SD card slot simultaneously. Essentially allowing you to record HD and HD to both locations or even HD and SD for situations where a Standard definition copy is needed for DVD output.
My question is if anyone has used this feature, is it possible to record in different formats and framerates to each location? Eg. 1080p 24p on the FMU and 720p 60p on the Card Slot? The reason i want to shoot in these 2 formats is to utilize the Slowmotion advantages of 60p recording as well as be able to get my main shot at 24p. That way i dont have to do multiple takes, i can get both shots in 1 take. I'm doubtful that it is possible to mix and match framerates but i dont see why we could not mix resolutions. Eg. 720p on the Card and 1080p on the FMU. Any light shed on the matter would be greatly appreciated!

Here's what I found in the manual. You can record HD to card and FMU or SD to card and HD to FMU. No SD to the FMU.
Here are the HD/SD combinations listed: HD 1080/60i FX and SD 480/60i HQ HD 1080/60i FH and SD 480/60i HQ HD 1080/60i FQ and SD 480/60i HQ HD 1080/60i LP and SD 480/60i HQ HD 1080/30p FX and SD 480/30p SCAN HQ HD 1080/30p FH and SD 480/30p SCAN HQ HD 1080/24p FX and SD 480/24p SCAN HQ HD 1080/24p FH and SD 480/24p SCAN HQ HD 720/60p FX and SD 480/60i HQ HD 720/60p FH and SD 480/60i HQ
