Standard Def Workflow

Hello this is my first post in dv info. I've been trying to figure out Compressor in FCP 7. I shot 1080 30p footage over last weekend and have tried several different settings when trying to compress. Some settings have the video clear and the audio choppy and vice versa. I've tried over 7 combinations and have become extremely frustrated with the results. Most of the files I compressed look extremely pixelated.

I'm using H.264 so I can send it to Vimeo.

Im looking for some video setting suggestions.
