Hello,

I´m thinking about buying the NX5U in the next couple of weeks. I want to know if this camera is capable of recording SD in the memory stick and the flash unit at the same time. But as some of my clients ask for 4x3 and others ask me for 16x9 (on press conferences and places where it´s impossible to do more takes), it would really be awsome if I could record SD in 4x3 and 16x9 at the same time. I´ve read that you can record HD+HD or SD+HD but I don´t remember SD+SD.

Hi Ignacio,

No you can not shoot SD to Card and SD to FMU at the same time. You can turn off Wide Screen for SD to get 4:3 and the Guides are turned on for the display to show the 4:3 for SD recording.
