CF Cards 64GB
Has anyone had a go at using a card larger than 32GB? I am hoping the firmware will let this camera format a 64GB CF card, as they are now a lot cheaper ($350 AUS) on ebay. This essentially makes the harddrive unit from sony non-viable as it is only 60GB. Why anyone would want to use a cumbersome harddrive in the field is beyond me, when the flash card is so much more robust and cheap.

I use the 16gb cards as they are about the same length as a 63min tape and about as much data I am prepared to lose if it goes corrupt.
I suppose one 64gb card would be useful for a shoot which requires continuous recording but I would have to have the same length of tape in my S270 for safety back-up.

Now you've got me confused, Gary; I use 16 gb cards and they get me 72 minutes in my Z7. I imagine 32 gb's should give you approximately the double, so the equivalent of two 63 minutes tapes, right? Or is the Z270 different in compression?
