Upgrade my DSR 390
Thinking of upgrading my Sony DSR390 but not sure what to go for. Was thinking of the HVR-S270.
Anyone move from the 390 if to what. Thanks in advance. |

I moved from a DSR 570 to an HVR S270...if you do a search you will see the plus and minus points I made.

I am willing to answer any particular questions if you want but if you want a proper shoulder mount camera with Dvcam and HDV it is the only choice at the moment.

Thanks Barry, I saw your post and found it interesting. Still undecided what to do. It'll be March/April next year before I need to do anything anyway, wedding season being over and all that.
Thanks so far. |

Sony 10% rise in December
I have just had an email saying that due to currency fluctuations all Sony products will rise by 10% in December. Maybe time to buy the 270 early?
