Z7U error?
Anyone know what "E:61:30" on the top right of the screen means? I had my memory recorder disconnected, turned the camera on with a DV tape and was setting up for a SD shoot and this error message was seen, when I powered down, hooked the memory unit back up and restarted the flashing E:61:30 disappeared and showed my actual tape meter.
Could not find anything online about this. I was thinking perhaps it was because I started it w/o the memory recorder on the camera and had it set up to use it previously? Not a huge deal, I was just wondering if anyone knew what that error meant. -Scott Caplan Triad 3 Media, LLC |

The error code E6130 means: reset position detect error when stepper iris is initialized.
I guess you better contact your Sony dealer. |

I have the same problem on my Z5, and the iris ring does not work at all!
Did you figure out what to do? I am going to call Sony in the morning |
