Z7 with a Glidecam setup for Weddings
Here is one of the recent weddings I have shot with the Z7 and the smooth shooter glidecam. For those of you who are debating on if they should get this camera or not, I personally love it. Coming from the 170 and the 370 this camera blows them out of the water for wedding videography.
I still love my 170 just wish it was native 16:9 Tara & JR on Vimeo |

10 /10 for your glidecam work, everytime I watch a clip like this I want to go out and buy some sort of glidecam set up.
I used to own a Glidecam 2000 and could never get it to work for me, what set up are you using and do you keep your focus on infinity when using the camera?

Hey Paul, Thanks a lot for the nice words. I just started to use the Glidecam for the first time this year and so far I like it. I'm using the Z7 with Glidacam 4000 and the smooth shooter. The Z7 works great I love the camera and it balances very well. I would upgrade to the double arm system I think it would be a lot more stable. I will upgrade next spring and just use this system for my second shooter.
