Footage from Z7U

Hey Folks, I'm new to the site but have been reading threads for the past 5 months. I have been a PD170 and DSR 370 user and I'm finally switching to HDV. Here are a few clips I put together this week. I captured them to the CF Card just for experiment and it worked great. I would love to know how you guys are getting such nice slow motions. I seem to still get the interlaced look even when I shot 30p.

Jason the footage looks great. What don't you like about it? Looks like the stuff I have been shooting.

No I like the look of the footage but I was wondering what settings do people use to get the nice slow motions shots. I found when I shot 30P and slowed my footage down it still looked like I shot interlaced. I love the camera and the quality is great but I can't seem to get that nice dreamy slow motion look.
