Shoe plate adaptor/Extension needed
So I have a Bescor on camera light ( http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/743442-REG/Bescor_LED_70_LED_70_Dimmable_70W_Video.html ) which has the shoe plate adaptor on the bottom. Being fairly flimsy plastic, it broke orr a corner one night when I tightened it. Now it's a bit wobbly. It does have a 1/4"? screw hole at the bottom, not seen in the photo, which looks like it would allow for an adaptor to be screwed to it. I searched B&H, and found these items:
Lastolite Hot Shoe to 1/4"-20 Screw Adapter LL LS2434 B&H Tether Tools Rock Solid Hot Shoe 1/4"-20 Adapter RS713 B&H Just checking is this what I should be purchasing? Slide the shoe into the camera and screw in the oncamera light to that shoe plate? Just checking, Silly question I'm sure, sometimes these $10 petty purchases are a pain. Thanks. |
