HVR-Z5U & HVR-Z5N: Is There a Difference?

I ordered a Z5U and received a Z5N. What does the last letter indicate? Is there any significant difference between the two models?

I believe U is NTSC, E is Pal, and N is switchable between PAL and NTSC. The Sony website would be the place to check for sure.

I received an email from Sony: the 'N' is for Asian markets (that are NTSC).
