MediaInfo v0.7: Delay relative to video: -192ms

I've recorded a clip from my Sony HVR Z5E to the MRC1K, and after that I imported this clip in a nifty little program called: MediaInfo (MediaInfo) to examine its properties.

One of the things that drew my attention was the "Delay relative to video" in the Audio section, which has a value of -192ms.
I couldn't find what this means, but to me this value seems rather high?
