Cleans lends with home solution
Hey, My lends has some spots on it and i was wondering two things.
One I was thinking i could wipe it clean with this little cloth my Macbook pro came with. and two I wanted to know if I could maybe spray the cloth just a bit with some kind of solution. maybe something I would find at home like windex or something like this. Thanks guys! |

Yes, the microfiber cloth will work, but I would first try a shot of canned air to get any big particles off, to avoid scratching the lens. Also, apply a drop of alcohol to the lens (isopropyl rubbing alcohol, not Vodka) to clean off any stuck on junk.

Luie, try one of those lens cleaning kits. They go somewhere from $6 to $20 and cleaning instructions included in some. It is good to carry one with your camera, just in case.
Aslo there are many lens cleaning instructions on youtube. |

What's wrong with Vodka? With enough of it you don't care if the lens is dirty or not ;-)
