Capturing FX1000
Hi everyone. I've got questions regarding capturing HD from FX1000 using Nero.

You could try HDV Split
It is a free program and captures the HDV footage in .M2T format.

Are you still having trouble with Vegas capture Jeff?
EDIT: Should have read the thread you linked to before asking!!! EDIT 2: You said in the other thread you dislike Vegas capture. So are you still having the dropouts? I just captured a wedding and all three cameras had some kind of dropout issues. I haven't started editing yet (will tonight) but it looks like only a few seconds are missing. I believe if the cameras were having recording dropouts, it would be longer than a couple of seconds. So it may be Vegas splitting the scenes for some reason. I'll no more tonight.

Tim, I only have dropout issues when recording in HD. I've stopped recording in HD but when I do need to I'm going to use HD tapes. Currenly I've been using the cheap sony premiums, and that might be the issue, I don't know.
