Australian Product Brochure
In case I'm being redundant, I apologize, hadn't seen the brochure in this forum. Thought it was a little more informative than the one Sony intends for the US..
Try this url... Was working this morning.. http://www.sony.com.au/objects/pdf/F...CSFEQK0IIUIIV0 |

Nice brochure. Has lots of nice descriptions.
I think the Clearvid description is for the single chip Clearvid colour filter though as the FX1000 has three CMOS one for each colour then the DSP will create an array with the colour distribution that of course is not at 45 degrees and will be square 1920x1080. This I think will be available on the HDMI output realtime, though this has not be stated anywhere. The 1920x1080 array is then converted to 1440x1080 anamorphic interlace for recording to tape or out of the iLink. Ron Evans |
