Peaking colour on 4x3 DV overscan line?
I haven't used my Z1 much lately but was playing around with it a bit today and noticed a thin red line at the left and right edges on the LCD while in 4x3 DV mode. My peaking colour is set to red and turning peaking off made the line disappear. I normally shoot HDV so I'm thinking that line always shows up in this mode, but would someone mind trying this out to be sure?
If you put the camera in DV, 4x3, turn peaking on and make it a non-white colour, do two thin lines separating the regular 4x3 area and the darkened HDV overscan show up? Switching the peaking colour (from red to white or yellow) changed the colour of the lines, so I think it's a subtle way to show that peaking is on. Thanks in advance, -Mark

Okay, good - I'm glad to hear this is normal. Thanks, Joe.
