Just some quick questions for those of you who recently placed an order for a Sony HDR-FX1 HDV camcorder at the apple store online.

Who here recently placed an order for the above mentioned camcorder for the advertised price of $1,995.95 at the apple store online?

Who here, after placing said order for the Sony HDR FX1 camcorder at the advertised price of $1,995.95 received a receipt and confirmation of their order from the apple store?

Among those who received their order receipt and confirmation, who actually received their order and who had their order cancelled?

Among those who had their order cancelled, did you receive an official letter of cancellation with explanation from apple?
If so, what was the official explanation in the letter?

Among those who had their order cancelled, but did not receive an official letter of cancellation with explanation, how did you find out your order was cancelled and what was the explanation you were given?

Again, I am not asking these questions to start a crusade on this forum, I am simply trying to get some clarity on the matter from fellow indie filmmakers/videographers/enthusiasts/customers and resolve some simple and serious questions I have.
