Can a FX1U record perfectly in 50i and 576i?
I downloaded a manual fron the net of the FX1 to find out if the FX1U has settings to switch recording modes between 480i and 576i and 60i and 50i.
But I cannot see settings? |

Only the Z1 can record in both 50i and 60i. Perhaps that was the manual you were looking at?

Thanks for the info guys. Somebody in the US was offering me the FX1. I'm from Europe so I wanted to be sure it can tape the European formats too. And the manual wasn't clear about it.

You'll need the FX-1e which is the PAL HD 1080 50i, SD 576 model. |
