Replacement Component Video Cable?
Does anyone know where to get the component video cable that came with the FX1?
I've searched the Sony site but can't seem to find it anywhere. David |

I spoke to Sony who said that these cables are on backorder, but I could order it now.
They cost $56 each plus $7 shipping. Interestingly, the guy wouldn't give me the part number. |

Model: HDRFX1 Part Requested: 182941421 Part Supplied: 182941421 Description: CABLE, CONNECTION List Price: $55.52 That's the only listed cable in this price range. I wouldn't mind getting an extra one myself. |

Yes - I believe that's it. I tried to Google it to find a better price but can't seem to find anything. |

OK David, I think I've found the model number of this cable: VMC-30VC. You can get it for $50 from either B&H or SonyStyle, among others. I'm definitely going to order one, now that I know exactly what it is.
