You can't. CF24 only goes down to 1/60. CF30 can do 1/30, and CF25 and do 1/25.

As Steven said, 1/60th isn't the problem, as you can run the XL2 or DVX at 1/60 (or a film camera, for that matter) and it still looks like film. CineFrame 24's oddness comes from it being derived from a 60i source, not due to the shutter speed.
