HDR-FX1 questions
Hi:
I was clicking around on the SonyStyle web site and I watched their presentation on "smoothe interval recording" which is a "time-lapse" feature available on some of their camcorders. Will the HDR-FX1 have this feature as well? Also, I didn't see anyone ask about an underwater housing for the HDR-FX1 - will Sony have one and if not how long does it usually take for third party companies to come out with one? One last thing - the SonyStyle site had the HDR-FX1 listed for sale at $3,699.99 which is the same price as b&h - if I order it from SonyStyle will it come in sooner or will b&h drop the price after it starts shipping? Thank, Joseph |

Most likely, an underwater housing will be developed by Gates or Amphibico, etc. sometime after they can get their hands on one (in other words, after the camera starts shipping).

Take a look at this case already designed for the camera:
http://www.sony.jp/products/Consumer...ASE/cas02.html You'll have to translate the Japanese. Robin |

Underwater Housing
Hi:
Thanks - Is this the same one? http://store.aikotradingstore.com/nesospfordch.html Does anyone have this housing? I want to use it occasionally down to 15 feet but it says it is only good to 6 ft. Also, is the white balance accessible through the housing? Joseph |
