On camera lighting for FX1

Considering the 16:9 aspect ratio of the HD format.
What do you guys consider would be the best on camera light for this model.
I suppose that LitePanel would be it for an even rectangular lighting, but it is too expensive.
If we use a regular round or square ligth, will we be having dark borders?
Has anyone thought of this?
I appreciate your opinions.

I have a Frezzi with manual control dimmer that works nice.

How much does a complete kit of Frezzi cost? Battery, battery holder, cables, grips, lights, etc.
