Sony Z1 16:9
Sorry really basic question - Is it possible to get 16:9 on the Z1 while shooting in DVCam and not HD. I heard you can but for the life of me i cant figure it out on the cameras menu? anyone please?

FX1 doesn't have DVCam, but in DV mode, you select DV wide on or off, in the first Menu pulldown "Camera set" (with pic of Camera), the very last selection in that pulldown. Be sure to scroll down to bring it on screen.

16:9 DVCAM is available on the Z1.
From the manual, around page 21. In the In/out Rec menu set REC FORMAT to DV set REC MODE to DVCAM set DV WIDE REC to ON
