Time code stuck.
Howdy!
It seems to be that my time code format is stuck in UB there are no colons on the time code displayed and it stays as all zeros. here are my settings TC preset 00:00:00:00 UB preset 00 00 00 00 TC format NDF TC run rec run TC make preset UB time rec OFF This cameras time code has been working 'normally' and has suddenly changed. I have all so tried the good old turning the camera on and off and letting it sit a while with out the battery in. any other suggestions?? Jen |

You've pressed the button marked TC/U-BIT under the LCD.
Press it again, all will be well!! If not have you tried playing back an old tape to see if the TC is OK?

I also guess it's the TC/U-BIT button. But BTW: I guess it's in gerneral no good idea to have TC generation set to preset. That produces TC holes. Regenerate is the thing.
