What's that clunk sound?
So by now I'm sure all of you are so familiar with the sounds your camera makes you don't really think about it. Try turning your FX1 or Z1 to camera mode, and then off again. Did you hear that "clunk" it makes right before it powers off completely? What is it? Sounds like an internal shutter or something but that wouldn't make sense would it? Perhaps something to do with the zoom servo?
Just curious...

Most likely it's just the OIS mechanism parking itself.

I hear the clunk when I turn off my FX1. My understanding is that its the lens closing down. Correct me if Im wrong
