White Balance Cards

Can someone let me know where I can get some decent white balance cards? Tried googling but can't see many in the UK? Or can you tell me what settings I need to adjust for indoor filiming?

Cheers but cant seem to find these in a UK supplier though? The shipping seems to be more expensive than the product.
