V1 with a Century Optics .7x HD Wide Angle
Has any tried the V1 with a Century Optics .7x HD Wide Angle lens?
I bought a Century Optics .7x HD Wide Angle lens with the view to fitting it to a Z1, however, I'm now begining to think the V1 might be better for my needs with the x20 zoom. What type of sizing ring would I need to enable me to fit the Century Optics .7x HD Wide Angle lens to a V1, e.g. 62mm to 72mm step-up ring or a 72mm to 92mm step-down ring? Neil,
I have a V1E and thought about the same adapter but have ordered a 62mm 0.45x wide from an ebay supplier, I do not have this yet but to answer your question the size of the lens ring is 62mm so you will need to step up. I just wanted a wider angle plus it would fit without any conversion. Steve
