Old vs. New

I just want to hear everyone's opinion on this. 3 1/4 CMOS sensors that are a good 100 lines sharper than the CDD, or a nice 3 1/3 CCD with better light sensitivity. Basically it comes down to the image from the FX7 or the FX1.
