Getting an error on my FX7

I'm getting a c:32:11 error on the FX7.

Researching it and it appears to be a mode gear in the tape delivery system. I can do the fix if I could find the part, but Sony no longer sells the part to consumers - only their service center "may" have it in stock. This leaves me with the only option of sending in the camera for $300+'s worth of repair.

Does anyone know where I can get the gear or find an alternative gear from another manufacture? I can barely find any info online about the gear\isuue, let alone an alternative fix.

Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I know that this was awhile back but did you ever get it fixed?
