Timecode going out of sync

We use 2 HVR V1's & recently we've been syncing them together before filming. What we have noticed is that after approx 45 mins of the timecode running they start to go out of sync by a few seconds, but after several hours they are out by 20 secs. Has anyone else had this problem & what is the remedy?

Many thanks.

My experience has been different. We synched two V1's and an EX1. After 6 hours, both V1's were still in synch and the EX1 was about 20 seconds off. I doubt that there is any owner/operator adjustment that can be performed.
