Run and Gun settings - your favorites?
Testing out a V1 over the weekend, and shooting some run-and-gun and ENG stuff. I see a variety of settings mentioned in these threads but nothing that was specific to this style of shooting. Since I do not have much time to play with the camera, can anyone suggest settings for me to start with?
TIA. |

try straight out of the box before anything!!!
it all depends what you're shooting! i've found moving ae to -2 gives a nice richness to the colour (i'm PAL). leslie |

The V1 has a cool feature that makes it really easy to get almost any white balance quickly. Select the "daylight" WB setting. Then push the selection wheel. You will now see a number highlighted next to the sun symbol. You can now roll the white balance from cool to warm and quickly select the best look for the existing lighting.
