OK guess #2 is the scene where the basketball player dunks the shot. I think the flash was bright/contrasty enough but no obvious rolling shutter effect band.

okay, the London shot ALONE used the Panasonic P2 setup. EVERYTHING else was shot on my V...

Out of curiosity, what file type did you upload to YouTube? And what settings did you use in compressor (assuming you used that)?
