Wireless mic
I tried my Sony wireless mic on my V1 for the first time, didn't work, I have a Rode Ntg 2 and unplugged it, plugged in the wireless, nothing. haven't used it on this cam am I missing something in the setup.

I haven't had any issues with my Sennheiser wireless mics. Just check the obvious. Line or Mic input on the camera matches with Line or Mic output on the wireless. Is the wireless transmitter on "Mute"? Does the 48v switch need to be on or off? Are you going into line 2 input and have the selector on the camera where only line 1 input works? Does the frequencly on the transmitter and receiver match? Do you hear audio if you plug headphones into the wireless receiver? Hope that helps.

One thing that sometimes gets me is the switch that selects between recording discreet channels (1 to 1 and 2 to 2) and record audio 1 on 1 & 2.
