Recommended Low Light settings for HC7 in SD mode

Hello,

Are there any recommended low light settings for the HC7 in standard mode? I recently shot a video in a dimly lit church with my HC7 and the footage wasn't very desirable. From what I can remember all I adjusted was the aperture and white balance to "inside". The footage was actually dark and grainy to the point where it was unusable. I was using this as my 3rd cam, so it wasn't a life or death situation:-0 So my question is: What are the best/recommended settings for shooting in low light with the HC7 in Standard Def mode?

Thanks,
Troy
