HDR-HC3 and FCP Express

I'm having issues capturing, get 15 sec, and then aborts, says dropped frames. Been searching all issues, but is it camcorder? Do others with this camcorder capture to Final Cut ok?

If you go under Final Cut Express>Easy Setup, what easy setup have you selected?

this was solved a while ago. 10.4.9 Mac, conflict with Spotlight.
