lcd coverage A1 e
hi,
i'm after advice re how to set the correct viewing area on the lcd. i recently filmed some closely cropped documents which filled the lcd perfectly. however, when i played the footage on the laptop the image was smaller on the monitor than when i framed it on the lcd during filming. the difference in the framing area is quite substantial and the edges of the documents are showing. i can't seem to find anything on the subject in the operating guide. thanks in advance for any advise.. Enable the All Scan mode. This will show a full-frame view in the VF, with a black border. (The border won't be recorded.)
On the A1, it is in the menu, camera settings, lcd/vf settings, all-scan mode. I usually add it to the P-Menu. |
