What capture and sequence presets to use in FinalCut Pro with Sony HDR HC7?

Hi,

I am using a Sony HDR-HC7 shooting at 1080i, 16:9 and Cinema mode (24fps emulation), and using Final Cut Pro 5.1.4. I just wanted to find out what capture settings I need to set on FCP. I plan to output the final product to DVD in HD.

At the moment, I have these settings:

Sequence Preset: HDV – 1080i50.
Capture Preset: HDV

There are a lot of choices for the Capture Preset in the drop down menu and I'm not sure if this is the correct one. For instance, there is also a DVCPRO HD - 1080i50 48khz option as well. Which is the best setting to use, or are they both ok?

Also, I will be shooting slow motion at 240fps with this camera and I'm not sure what the Sequence and Capture settings should be for this as it will be a different frame rate.

Thanks for your help in advance!
