Error A 19:91 After Formatting Card
After deleting all clips from the card I accidentally formated the card and now it comes up with the above error. Also, the PC does not recognize the card in a card reader. Do you think the card is faulty now?

Did you format it in the PC or in the MRC? Can you try re-formatting in the MRC? If not, the card is probably toast. But it isn't your fault... send it back and get a new one.
What brand card? What kind of computer?

Thanks Adam, I formated in the MRC but now unable to do anything with it no matter what button I press on the MRC.

I had this happen to me on five out of a batch of seven Kingston 133x Elite Pro 32GBs I bought. I sent them back, as a simple format shouldn't kill the card.

And I had this with several 32GB Transcend 133X Cards.
The cards formatted fine on the PC, formatted fine in my EOS, but when formatted in the MRC1K I got this same error code. Card then unfixable and returned for exchange. Now I just use the cards and delete the clips, rather than format the cards. No trouble. |
