FCP workflow clip to ProRes

Hi,
Using the new CF recording unit and FCP. I have got log and transfer to work but I would like my clips in Prores format not HDV. When using tapes I used to capture using my chosen codec.
How do I easily (quickly) get all my clips into Prores when using the CF unit?

Thanks.

ClipWrap

Doesn't ClipWarp do that job you're looking for? It's fairly simple, quick, and inexpensive thou.

Hi Brendan, Jun or any expert out there

Pardon me, could I ask what is this "ClipWarp" you are referring to? I'm keen on this M2T from MRC1K direct to FCP ProRes work-flow too to cut down one compression, but I have no idea of this "ClipWarp", where can I find it in FCP or where I can purchase/download it? Pls advise. Thanks.

Rgds

Here:

ClipWrap

It's a great tool - re-wraps rather than recodes.

I too use clipwrap but you can also import in FCP to pro res, log and transfer has this although I have never been able to make my own systems work OK.
