CF Recorder logging issue with 6.0.4 at DVinfo.net

Hey Folks, I have just bought a Mac Pro and installed FCP 6.0.4 and installed the Sony Plugin. I can get the cards to mount but I can't get them to log and transfer. I run 6.0.3 on my mac book pro and it works great luckily I haven't upgraded that machine yet. I have searched the forum and other people seem to have the same problem with 6.0.3 but with no fix. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue.
