I'm not able to get these scene files to even be recognized by my camera. My current scene files have .USR or .ALL at the end and these are .SCN ... any ideas?

Are you using a PC or Mac? Im on a Mac and had problems as well, But found out how it works: Safari is making an .TXT file out of it. But simply deleting the .TXT from the file name isn't enough, Go to the info screen (apple-i) from the file, go to name and extension and delete .TXT. Now your XDCAM cam is going to recognise the files. Hope it helps!

These scene files from sony, i tried them on my F350, all look not so good.
Even the "Normal" one, it's very different (very bad) than the 'standard' scene from the cam! There must be something wrong here... |

I had the same! It all looked very flat to me, and switching live from one of the sonys to the standard one learned me that all of the sonys had a grey look over it.

a little tweaking
Just dropping my knee slope to 95 and white clip to 108 (DCC off), these look loads better. The colors are a little too rich on some of these ... LBEACHC---WOW! Hurts my eyes.
