Brining XDCAM HD footage into Final Cut Pro?
What is the best way (easiest/standard) to bring XDCAM HD footage into FCP. Do drag/drop files first or use log/capture window?
Never done this before, first time and I'm used to a tape workflow. |

Sony makes XDCAM Transfer software for this.
http://www.sonybiz.net/^/templates/s...jsp&OID=189097 There's a link to the software and instructions on that page. Don't drag and drop MXF files anywhere. It will disturb file access data for the transfer software, and send it for a loop.
