Monitor 4 channel audio on PMW-400?
I have received my new Sony PMW-400K with DWR-S02D two-channel portable slot-in receiver which allows the PMW-400 (together with the 2 x Rear XLPs) to accept 4 simultaneous channels of audio, but I don't see a way in the manual or the camera that you can monitor all 4 channels together.
The "Ch1/Ch3 - Mix - Ch2/Ch4" slider button does not seems to mix all 4 channel even when set to "mix". Does anyone with a Sony PMW-350/400 know if it's possible to monitor all 4 audio channels through headphones? Thanks |

2 channels only via headphones.
On a PMW 500, you can monitor all 4 channels of audio on the LCD display screen on the side of the camera. You just need to press the display button until the audio meters come up. I would have thought the PMW 400 would be the same? |
