PMW350 Value
Have a fellow shooter retiring from the biz here in Houston and hes selling his PMW350 with 32gb cards and batteries.
Any idea what these are going for? Going to have him post it on here. |

This brand new, never used PMW350 went for $10,200 on Ebay recently:

Re: PMW350 Value
Considering they are selling brand new for 19K,at BH, this guy either really needs the money or somethings not right. brand new unused, im wondering if its really a 320. they are on sale now for 9K at BH.
I would have to live in the same city and check this out before I bought it. thanks for the info though. |

The 400 will have a broadcast safe 50mbps, 4:2:2 codec, and will be upgradeable to XAVC. With all that, and for thousands less than the 350, I don't see why anyone would buy a new 350. I think the Ebay seller was getting rid of their 350 stock before the 400 becomes available. |

Re: PMW350 Value
Fully agree with Glen - with the 400 about to come out at the same price the 350 was before the 400 announcement, it's inevitable the 350 has to drop in price before presumably being discontinued. Not very good if you're trying to sell one, but if you're in the market and XDCAM422 isn't essential for you, the 350 offers good value for money at the moment.
Also relevant is whether it's a K (with kit lens) or an L (without). |

Re: PMW350 Value
I should point out, the 350 on Ebay was not a "Buy It Now." It went to the highest bidder. The bidders set the actual price, not the seller, as it had no reserve price.
Since it sold for around $10,000, that was a really good deal for the winning bidder. The camera may be worth more than that, but the market set the price. And the camera did include a lens. |
