Scene files only for NTSC?
Hi all,
I found this link to 32 scene files for my PDW-F350 thanks to this magnificent forum and downloaded them. (http://pro.sony.com/bbsc/ssr/micro-x...enefiles.shtml) But... once installed in the camera, there's a message asking 'change format'? when I try to choose one of the new scene files. I'm on format HD 25p PAL, and of course I cannot and do not want to change that. Are these scene files only valid for NTSC perhaps? |

Does anyone where to get scene files for HD, HQ, PAL, 25p?

The same scene files work just fine for both PAL and NTSC, just switch format and all will be OK. To prevent the message each time you recall the file just change format and then save the file.

Thank you for reacting, Alister.
I misunderstood the question in the menu, apparantly. When I saw 'change format?', I thought that choosing 'yes' would change my PAL-setting to NTSC. I understand now that it is the other way round, and that it is the setting of the file scene that will be changed, from NTSC to PAL. Thanks for clearing this up. |

I have another question: when I choose one of the scene files uploaded from this forum, the shutter speed is always set to 1/125 th of a second, while I want to use 1/50th of a sec. Is there any way to change this in the scene file?
