PDZ-1 Fam driver install problem

I upgraded my PC to Win7 64bit and I am unable to get a FAM driver that does not fail to install

I tried the latest 2.60 and the installation quits with 64bit OS is not supported

The PDZ-1 software is not 64bit ready but did you try to install just the FAM Driver from the FAM Driver folder inside the PDZ1 installation folder?

I've learned this lesson the hard way: always wait at least a year to install new operating systems, be it on a PC or a Mac. I installed Snow Leopard and have had nothing but problems ever since. Third company software is sooo slow to get updated (especially from Sony) that you'll always get in trouble when updating your OS too soon.

I am actually not in trouble, just working slower now

I also got a PDW-U1 and it works perfect with win 7 64bit

it just means that I have to transfer one disk at a time instead of 2 at a time
