Pdw-700 v1.5 firmware released.
I have been told that V1.5 of the Pdw-700 firmware has now been officially released. As it is possible to create discs in the camera that cannot be read by decks or cameras with older firmware it is important that you ensure and decks are also updated. Last week VFAM V2.2 was released for the Pdw-u1 which ensures disc compatibility.
The main issue is going to be with multi format discs which cannot be read by earlier versions of the software and firmware. Downloads of the files should be on Sonybiz.net very soon.
